Abstract :
The restorability problem for an LCR network involves the reviving (one by one) of inaccessible nodes eliminated by the repeated use of a generalized star-to-polygon transformation. A complete solution to a graph-theoretic problem that has been posed in relation to the restorability problem is presented. A novel problem in connection with a generalization of this graph-theoretic problem is presented.<>
