  • Abstract
    A multi-carrier transmission system performs high-speed data transmission for multimedia information in digital audio and video broadcasting and wireless ATM. However, it has significant performance degradation due to offset of carrier frequency and multipath in a channel. This paper proposes and investigates adaptive linear and Viterbi equalizers including frequency-offset compensator for a multi-carrier system such as OFDM. Computer simulation illustrates improvement of performance
