Abstract
With the aim of channel modelling millimetre wave (MMW) (Ka-range) wavebeams propagating in shadowed and line-of-sight terrestrial paths (within the framework of wireless telecommunication networks like LMDS/FWA/MMDS), the paper presents a mathematical description, computation results and measurement data under real conditions of coherent component and statistical characteristics of fading (fluctuations and attenuation) of MMW-beam field (28 GHz) under conditions of interference at propagation: (a) through woodland park, taking into account partial beams of different amplitudes-a beam diffracted on forest edge, and the attenuated one in vegetation thickness; (b) in the vicinity of buildings
