Abstract
Meetings are a fact of life; whether you work in a business or belong to a volunteer, social, or civic organization, meetings are inescapable. A meeting can be a very effective and efficient communication tool or it can be an expensive, mind-numbing waste of organization time and talent. This article looks at one of the key aspects of creating successful meetings-planning. Proper planning can lead to a successful meeting that leaves participants with a sense of accomplishment and propels organizational goals forward
