Abstract :
Aiming at verifying the performance of the designed anti-explosion shell of primary explosive powder transport device, the explosion load of the shell was simulated by using DYNA software. Under the condition of without filling medium, the explosion load of Pb(N3)2 was simulated whose mass are 211 g and 250 g respectively. Under the condition of with filling medium, the mass of Pb(N3)2 are 250 g and 300 g, the calculated and experimental values are consistent. The results showed that the calculation methods and boundary conditions are feasible.
