Abstract :
This paper investigates the concepts of state-of-charge and state of health. The technical challenges that each method faces are discussed, in addition to current research methodologies that are conducted in the academy and industry. A proposed strategy is presented to prepare consumers to the application of these construct in every-day use of electric vehicles.
