Abstract :
The paper focuses the software reuse aspects when the object-oriented paradigm is used in the software development. The advantages and problems of reusable object-oriented software development are identified. A development environment for reusable object-oriented software is presented. This environment uses frameworks to construct domain models, in order to make possible the reuse of analysis information in future designs. Some basic implementation requirements for this environment, called DEROS (Design Environment for Reusable Object-oriented Software), are described
