Abstract :
Biological early warning systems (BEWS) for toxicity detection is developed. BEWS detect toxicity by tracking actions of the whole creatures in aqua. Collected data have created some noise, and therefore can decrease the performance of prediction. In the paper, a noise reduction is scheme is devised to improve the performance of the prediction. The experiment result shows the decreased error rate by the new method, and is far better than that of the former BEWS system.
