Abstract
This paper proposes an efficient matching and RR-based assessing methods between original and processed content sequences in a high precision degree of accuracy while transport streams are distorted over IP network. The proposed matching algorithm which uses the brightness of digitized contents per each frame of TS, and then we apply reduced-reference methods to evaluate contents.
