Abstract :
In this paper, we present an energy-efficient statistical threshold arrangement scheme (STAT) for unmanned surveillance system with massive intelligent network cameras. By statistically adjusting event-detection thresholds´ level, the surveillance system can enhance the performance of power consumption and storage utilization efficiency. Throughout performance evaluation, we demonstrate the excellence of our proposed scheme.
