  • Abstract
A new method for manufacturing the organic/inorganic hybrid film electret PVDF/SiO2 by the sol-gel process is presented. The process of preparing the hybrid films is described in detail. The influence of different process conditions on charge storage capability and charge stability for the hybrid film electret PVDF/SiO2 were studied by means of constant voltage corona charging at room and elevated temperature, surface potential decay measurements and TSD spectra. The experimental results show that the hybrid film electret PVDF/SiO2 has good storage capability
