  • Abstract
The thermally activated technique including the thermally stimulated conductivity (TSC) and depolarization (TSD) was used to study the peculiarities of the local states energy spectra in photo- and X-ray sensitive chalcogenide vitreous semiconductors of Ge-Pb-S system. The TSC curves of thin Ge-Pb-S films show 4 peaks. The comparative analysis and direct combination of TSC and TSD methods enlarges their informativity and allows to define the set of local states parameters
