Abstract
In this paper, a new kind of vapor-phase deposited polydichloro-p-xylylene (PDCPX) electrets is analysed. The electret film is formed in vacuum by depositing vapor-phase PDCPX on the surface of metal materials. We charged the sample by the usual methods. It is supposed that ohmic conduction has contribution to the short circuit thermally stimulated discharge of the samples, and a non-Debye response of polarization decay possibly exists
