  • Abstract
    A bilateral comparison between two national metrology institutes, NMC, A*STAR from Singapore and INRIM from Italy, concerning measurements of scattering parameter phase with WR15 (50 to 75 GHz) and WR10 (75 to 110 GHz) waveguides is described in this article.
