Abstract :
The quality and ability of software engineering professionals are required to be developed in the direction of innovative, integrated large-scale software. University-Enterprise cooperation and cultivating excellent engineers become the university´s educational goals. A “2 +1 +1” model of university-enterprise cooperative system and the spiral ability training way of “learning - training - re-learning - re-training” are adopted. Combined with projected teaching, this paper combines the content of theory instructing and practical training, tries project case driven teaching, sets learning goals for students during the teaching process. With the help of effective and strict management system, this paper has made a very effective exploration in the training practice of excellent university-enterprise cooperative engineers.
