  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a DC high-voltage resistive divider circuit model, analyzes the reason that leakage current arises when applying high voltage, develops the measurement device for measuring leakage current of a divider, and puts forward a method of evaluating the divider voltage variation by measuring leakage current. The measurement uncertainty is better than 4 × 10-6.
