Abstract :
According to the specifications of IEC60040-2, the partial response time for standard divider to measure lightening impulse should within 20ns; the experiment response should within 10ns. If the divider is used in the measurement of chopped wave, the requirements are even more strictly. The critical key in developing a standard divider used in transient measurement and calibration requires compact volume to avoid transition time caused by stray parameters. Most of standard take advantage of oil insulation to minimize capacitance, this paper developed a 300kV air insulation standard with partial response time less than 5ns. The uncertainty evaluation of peak value gives 0.8%(k=2), time parameters of T1 is 3%(k=2) and T2 is 2%(k=2).
