Abstract :
We consider the video image detector systems using tracking techniques overcoming shadows, occlusions and no lighting at night. We have derived the traffic information, volume count, speeds and occupancy time, under kaleidoscopic environments. And we propose an accident detection system using vehicle tracing stream. In which we install a monitoring system of vehicle stream each lane, when accident occurs, any lane has no stream at long interval, the monitoring system detects any accident.
