Abstract :
The objective of this research is to investigate whether it is feasible to design an expert system to successfully undertake the distribution of submitted programming assignments for distance peer evaluation. To successfully organize the peer evaluation activity, a lot of information has to be taken under consideration and a number of criteria to be followed like the knowledge level of each student and of the quality of his/her submitted assignments, according to his/her instructor´s judgment.
