Abstract
This paper considers the possibility of suppressing torque ripples in high power electrical machines by adding an active filter in parallel with the machine. The problem of the impact of the filter voltage source on the functioning of the current inverter feeding a synchronous machine is examined. Different solutions are explored to reduce it
