Abstract :
Internet access is now available everywhere. In particular, the emergence of mobile networks increased the connectivity of the Internet. Therefore, The Internet has permeated in all things. The Internet can identify the location of objects. Also, check this out on a political campaign can be location-based services. Located in a political campaign, emotional blend of technology and LED sign board is proposed.
