Abstract :
To date, we have demonstrated that the current from a tunable-barrier electron pump is accurate to 1.2 ppm at a pump frequency ~1 GHz. Here, we show how the existing measurement technique can be improved to yield uncertainties as low as 0.3 parts per million (ppm) for reasonably achievable experimental parameters.
