  • Abstract
In the spirit of total quality management, Xerox´s environmental program is well entrenched in the continuous improvement mode. Future improvements include implementing a formal process for keeping product environmental requirements “evergreen”, formalizing the environmental process element of the product delivery process, integrating design tools, further developing supplier relationships and completing work on the product recovery infrastructure to enhance life cycle management
