Nowadays, employers need highly qualified specialists who are ready to work in international teams. Therefore, young graduates face some challenges. The main question for them is how to make their nominees more appealing. So, it means that the candidate is to have a certain number of qualities and characteristics to be competitive in the modern society. What a remarkable trait should a graduate have?
