Abstract :
Photoconductive sampling has been proposed as a potent technique for analyzing high frequency devices and systems, using the photoconductive sampling. The characterization of >100 GHz devices was successfully demonstrated including transmission line, open termination, short termination and filters up to 150 GHz. The induced S-parameter measurements were compared to the FDTD simulation
