Abstract :
This paper presents an antenna that operates over a frequency range of 2.4 GHz to 10.6 GHz, such that the antenna handles both LAN and UWB frequencies. This antenna, designated as the PaSP antenna, is composed of two patches, where one is fed and the other is short-circuited to the ground plane. The design of this antenna is performed using four steps. The frequency response of the VSWR for each step is presented and discussed.
