Abstract :
The application of computers and fuzzy mathematics designed the methods and steps of basketball skills assessment so as to provide the assessment of basketball skills with a new scientific method. Meanwhile it can also be applied to basketball technical evaluation, technical diagnosis and the election of talents. Accordingly it has a certain practical value.
