Abstract :
This work describes the studies of the behavior of the electrodes of high voltage compressed capacitor using finite element method (FEM). This study is important to determine the voltage coefficient and evaluate the dependence of the capacitance with the voltage change. It is estimated the displacement of low-voltage electrode and its relation with the variation of capacitance.
