Abstract :
The author received a 1995 CAUT National Teaching Development Grant to develop a tutorial simulation in materials management. A key feature of the tutorial simulation is the way it creates a convincing atmosphere for the student through the design of the graphical user interface and context sensitive feedback system. The initial response from students, and others, is excellent
