The utilization of project and contract management in Iron and Steel industry

The Iron and Steel industry was an important component of our national economy, having great impact on the development and enlargement of the relevant industry. This paper connected that the Iron and Steel industry is a systemic and large-scale project which is full of risks with extremely wide surface. The paper showed project and contract management has played a greater and greater role in the development of the enterprise and industry. It proves that project and contract management has played an increasing role in reducing risk, improving the quality and efficiency of Iron and steel industry and the competitiveness of enterprises.
