Abstract :
An overview of the IEEE Standard 2030, IEEE Guide for Smart Grid Interoperability of Energy Technology and Information Technology Operation with the Electric Power System (EPS), End-Use Applications, and Loads, is presented. The article well explains as the interoperability is the first step versus a complete integration of Smart Grids.
