Abstract :
This paper introduces the design and realization of information service system based on the Internet and mobile communications. The system considers the short message processing as a Web Service located in a remote server. SMS Server as the client of this Web Service calls the services provided by the Web Service, special SMS Format is given, Ajax, Asynchronous Web Services and Multi-threading are used to develop the system. Based on user-role-right three-level model, the control of user rights is realized and the system security is ensured. This system provides referenced values for the designs of all kinds of short message service platforms.
