Empirical study on the correlation between moderate government expenditure scale and inclusive growth

Abstract :
This article mainly applied empirical and contrast research methods to explore the relationship between the moderate government expenditure scale and inclusive growth. And there is significant correlation between the two things in the Nordic countries(Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden (hereinafter referred to as the Nordic countries). That is to say, moderate government expenditure scale is the foundation of inclusive growth. The ratio of government expenditure to GDP is taken as the research object, and 1990~2008 years´ data as sample, then the relationship between moderate government expenditure scale and inclusive growth is analyzed. And then, some policies and proposes are put forward. Simulation results indicate that there are no significant correlations between the ratio of government expenditure to GDP and gini coefficient, per capita disposable income of urban residents, the number of full-time teachers per 10000 population, the number of health technical personnel per 10000 population, the number of population attend primary endowment insurance per 10000 population, urban residents engel´s coefficient.
