Model analysis of relationship between VAS development and SP supervision

Through analyzing the effect of the strength of supervision on SP (Service Provider) regarding to SP´s number, corporation image and creativity, this paper strives to build up a model on the relationship between the development of VAS (Value Added Services) and the strength of supervision on SP. The model finds out: with the enhancement of supervision, the SP market will show the fluctuation trend from reduction to increase, and later to reduction from the maximum gradually, which is to say that, proper supervision on SP is beneficial to the healthy growth of VAS. As the status quo points to the fact that supervision on SP is still in its primary stage, the model will definitely function as guidance for the healthy development of VAS in the telecom industry in China.
