Abstract
The general organization principles for the information service Trassa-Mobil are stated in article. They are make possible to estimate the situation of the road-transport network in real time. This information service is offered for cellular network´s users in the main and based on video monitoring for the road-transport network. The service is proposed to use for the city conditions mainly. The main monitoring algorithms and expressions are brought to calculate the car traffic parameters.
