  • Abstract
    Most personnel, including engineers, are unaware of static charge actions and influences on ESD sensitive devices. Meaningful demonstrations provide impressive visual reinforcement of the principles of electrostatics and the need for ESD awareness. Demonstrations and physical analogies increase the understanding of ESD and the need for safe practices.
