Abstract :
Data entering is one of the most important businesses of the business process outsourcing (BPO) in bank, hospital and insurance organizations. The key point to examine the vendors´ capability is that the company can process the tasks in low cost and deliver them in time. The key process planning factors involved in data entering were analyzed, which included the requirement of data, process method, work procedure scheduling and equipment. A multi-object nonlinear optimal mathematical model was built based on the characteristics of the data entering process. Genetic algorithm (GA) was selected to solve the model in consideration of its easy coding, rapid searching and high robustness. The computer programming was compiled by MATLAB with the data obtained from the field research in a company. The result indicated that it can improve the vendors´ capability in China and the significance of promoting development of the BPO industry.
