An empirical study on the innovation resource acquisition of service-oriented enterprise based on innovation network

In the dynamic environment, the service-oriented enterprises are becoming an important support force in social and economic development. The study on innovation resource acquisition of the enterprises is becoming one of the focuses in the theoretical circles and enterprises. In this paper, the relationship that between the linkage patterns of network and innovation resource is analyzed from the perspective of innovation network. And the theoretical model of the both is set up by using literature research method and qualitative research method. On the basis of this, and empirically tests the model with data from a survey of 330 service-oriented enterprises in 7 different regions in China. Results show that the model can serve as a means for enterprises to make a choice among different linkage patterns for obtaining effective innovation resource. At last, it put forward the future research directions.
