Using the customer orientation and portfolio strategy literature, we develop a framework for E-Commerce Corporation collaboration through logistics, information flow and capital low which including a critical concept of customer orientation and two criterions of fit and viability. Such a framework is tested by a case study in this paper. The theoretical framework can help E-Commerce Corporations perform their collaborative strategy and understand the customer orientation which are relate to their performance and determine the degree and the direction of the organizational collaboration within the firm. The findings also indicate that e-commerce corporations should pay more attention to the two criterions of fit and viability when they making a collaborative strategy decision.
