Abstract :
This article analysis the traditional structure marketing channel, and found it have much weakness in network economic environment. Integrate electronic business and marketing channel can make up these weakness. The IT enterprises should adjust their pattern of organizational structures and operation forms, establish a marketing system covering the whole country, explore innovation of marketing channel based on electronic business.
