Abstract
Professional knowledge store and offering customer´s solutions, are important characteristics of KJBS (Knowledge-intensive business services), the process in knowledge transfer is the core business process that determines the competitiveness of KJBS. This paper attempts to analyze the buying motivation of customers, discusses the characteristics of KTBS provisions in detail, and focuses on knowledge processes involved in knowledge transfer, absorption and diffusion.
