Abstract :
Based on customer-focused view this paper develops new constructs, explicit needs/demand concerning customers´ willingness to pay (WTP) out of which Norm as Ideal comes out as a significant strategic guideline for explaining value creation universally at any time to any firm in any industry in all circumstances. And it dares design dynamic management to deal with innovation adapting to needs evolution for obtaining adaptive goodness with the standpoints of holism/synthesis/ dynamism.
