Abstract :
As the Internet of Things in Intelligent Transportation represents the future development direction of transportation industry, its concept and applications are introduced. To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of developing the Internet of Things in Intelligent Transportation in China, the development progress and current situation of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) in China and abroad are displayed, and the bases of the Internet of Things are explained. At last, suggestions for China are proposed according to the analysis.
