Abstract :
We present a software system that integrates information from multiple resources and hypothesizes pathways for one organism (e.g. Gallus gallus) using the curated pathways of another organism (e.g. Homo sapiens). The hypothetical pathways are also automatically visualized into graphs and posted online with related detailed information.
