            Abstract :
A holistic approach is required when designing the security systems for a high threat entry control point (ECP). In order to confront an adaptive and complex threat, a successful facility must incorporate a multitude of tactics, techniques and technology. This paper addresses the interdependence of protective design, early warning electronic sensors and inspection/screening processes & equipment.
