L-3 Communications Electron Technologies, Inc. is offering fully qualified, production-ready Ku-band traveling wave tubes (TWTs) for space communications with demonstrated efficiencies exceeding 70%. The Ku-band 88150HX product line succeeded the 88115H family of TWTs in 2004. The 88150HX is just one product in a broad range of high-efficiency, high-power TWT and linearized TWT amplifier (LTWTA) products which are constantly under development at L-3 ETI, where we are committed to providing the highest quality products and performance through a constant focus on improvement
