Abstract :
A new model (TH3977 DHP) has been developed in 2005 to extend the power range up to 750W CW in the 17.3-18.4 GHz frequency range and thus to cover the new requirements of Direct Broadcast Satellite Operators, who are seeking high power, wideband , antenna mountable amplifiers. The power requirements are also increasing for the growing Ka band applications (27 to 31 GHz). The development of a 250W CW TWT (TH4082) has just been completed after an extensive margin test program performed at 300W CW
