Abstract :
In the past, people usually did business based on Goods - Dominant Logic perspective. However, recently both academic areas and business focus on researching and developing theories and concepts for service science according to the growth of service activities in modern economies. One alternative foundation is Service Dominant Logic (S-D Logic) which shifts focus from goods manufacturing to service provision. We propose a new service mediator model for creating better "value-in-use" for both firms and customers based on SDL, which provides collaboration mechanism between 3 layers. The effectiveness of the proposed model is demonstrated though analysis of successful information service business. We believe this service mediator model will bring the triple win concept that satisfies all players by better value co-creation in the business.
