Abstract :
The structure and feature of a novel water hydraulic proportional throttle valve were introduced, and its mathematical model of dynamic characteristics was established, and main factors affecting dynamic characteristics were determined by simulation analysis of software MATLAB / SIMULINK. The analysis shows that input signal step response characteristics of the novel valve are related to step amplitude of input signal, movement damping coefficient of spool-armature component and stable operating pressure of the load; load pressure step response characteristics of the novel valve are associated with step amplitude of load pressure, movement damping coefficient of spool-armature component and stable operating pressure of the load. An appropriate increase of spool-armature component movement damping coefficient is beneficial to improve input signal step response characteristics and load pressure step response characteristics of the valve.
