Abstract :
This paper researches the precision horizontal machining center feeding permanent magnet synchronous servo system of NC (Numerical control) machine and its application in the background of “High-end CNC (Computer numerical control) machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment,” science and technology major project. As the PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine) servo system using traditional P (proportion) or PI (Proportional-Integral position) controller dynamic performance is poor, this will be applied to feedback and feedforward control position loop to improve the dynamic performance of the system, and to achieve SVPWM (the space vector pulse width modulation) of PMSM. This article describes the SVPWM control theory and algorithms, as well as the realization of composite position control. The whole control system is modeled and simulated in Matlab/Simulink. The results prove the effectiveness of the control model.
